An annual service visit is essential for a healthy machine. Many problems can be dealt with, or located during the service time on the machine. With every service we fill out a service sheet which is copied three times, one for the customer, one to be kept with the machine and one to be retained by us for future reference

Often a machine operator can inform us of any problems that he/she has found since the last visit. It is vital that we have a good relationship with all the operator across all shifts. As part of a service the machine will be cleaned down after we have finished the service, we hope the operator will find the environment more pleasurable and so keep it clean after we have left. Unplanned and unexpected machine stoppages cause great difficulties. These headaches can be kept to a minimum through systematic and professional maintenance, since experience shows that most machine stoppages are caused by a small detail that was detected too late or not at all. To ensure our customers the highest possible level of system availability, we offer customised maintenance agreements. This regular maintenance is especially important in providing early detection of machine wear resulting from run time, before a failure occurs with the resulting costs. Repairs that are needed can be planned and performed at a convenient time. Depending on machine schedule and shift assignment, We recommends performing periodic maintenance every 6 to 8 months.
