Toyoda GL4A-100II cylindrical grinder


This Toyoda GL4A - 100 cylindrical grinders is now sold. The majority of the work is complete and we hope by late December the machine will be fully ready. This Toyoda GL4A - 100 was manufactured in 1995.

The machine can be paid for over 3 instalments and will come with a three month warrantee.

On the whole, the machine is in a good condition. As part of its presentation, we will be replacing any bearings and defective parts to ensure the GL4A will run smoothly for many more years. The operator door and wheel guard along with wheel box will also be repainted. Sureserv Ltd have been involved in the upkeep of this machine for many years which include an annual full service. The filtration and coolant tank will be fully upgraded to maintain a clean coolant supply to the grinding wheel which is crucial for keeping high tolerances. We will be giving the GL4 a service prior to delivery to its new home.

 

The Toyoda range of cylindrical grinders are used throughout the world and produce many different and varied parts from turbo shafts to wind turbine gear box shafts with the capacity to keep within 0.003mm on a batch run of parts.



We have worked on the Toyoda range of cylindrical grinders for the past 16 years all over the UK and in to Europe.

The machine will need a wheel to match the parts needed to be ground. This can be supplied at time of installation.

One of our service department will be installing the GL4 along side a application engineer. Full training can be give if required for operator training and for maintenance.
