What do you as an OEM require from a subcontracted service engineer.

That is the question, and only you have the answer to that question.

What we can say about our engineers is that they have all spent many years in the Machine tool industry, working within some of the world’s largest suppliers of machines. Machine tool company’s from Japan, (Toyoda Mitsui Seiki, Mori Seiki, Tsugami, Shizuoka, Hass) and Europe (Heller, SW Emag).

Coverage area.   

Our engineers are spread over the central area, within easy access to all parts of the UK.


Weekend Working


With prior arrangement, we can cover weekend work. Either to work along side your engineers or by ourselves. We do have a policy that we must have an emergency contact number for a representative of the customer and of the OEM. This is for the safety of our engineers who are onsite at that time. We also require that the customer also provide an escape plan in case of fire.


Written Agreement


If a OEM machine tool company uses our engineers, we will write an agreement that we will not approach your customers after we have visited them on your behalf.

Engineers Attire When At The customers.

We wear shirt with no logo whenever we visit a customer and if you require, we can wear ether a T shirt or jacket when working with your logo on. As standard we wear Royal blue/red polo shirt with Sureserv logo on, with Royal blue work trousers.
